LL.M. Atty. Özgür Serhat ALTUNAY graduated from Atılım University Faculty of Law in 2015 and earned his Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Private Law from the same university in 2019.

Focusing primarily on Private Law, Mr. Altunay provides legal consultancy and representation services to our clients. His main practice areas include Family Law, IT Law, Criminal Law, Corporate Law, Contract Law, Labor Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, and Sports Law. Additionally, he serves as an expert witness in actuarial calculations, Labor Law, and Social Security Law.

He served as a member of the Ankara Bar Association Criminal Law Center Board between 2016 and 2018, and served on the Ankara Bar Association Internship Board in 2022.

Taking an active role in civil society organizations and sports clubs, Mr. Altunay is a member of TÜGİAD (Young Business People Association of Turkey). He is also a Founding Member and Board Member of HUFEDER (Association of Fenerbahçe Lawyers), the President of the Atılım University Alumni Association, and the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Turkish Kickboxing Federation.
